I'm 60 years old and have been living with Parkinson's Disease the past 13 years after being diagnosed with Early Onset Parkinson's at the age of 47. I've been married to my wife Mary for 37 years. We have two adult Children, Emily and Derek who is married to our daught-in-law Molly. We have two rescue Boxer dogs Duke (10) and Katie (7). I enjoy playing guitar, fly tying and fly fishing and thr outdoors. I'm a Pittsbutgh Steeler and Penquin fan.

What are your biggest concerns or issues you deal with on a daily basis? Do they limit what you do?
I love to look at the positive side of life. What are some of the things you do to stay positive, even on your challenging days? I like to play guitar and listen to my favorite songs. I also like to write down 3 things I’m grateful for to start the day.
Does anyone else have sleep issues like Insomnia, restless leg syndrome, Excessive Daytime Sleepiness? If so, can you share any strategies you use to help you get better quality and quantity of sleep.
